There is only one power in everyone’s life which is god. There are several ways such as knowledge, karma and devotion. Devotion is the best and easiest way to find the god. People take support such as hymn, kirtan and remembrance for devotion and concentration.

Hymn and kirtan change the mind very easily. If you do meditation before hymn-kirtan then it gives immediate results. People can get rid from diseases and mental disorders by hymn and kirtan.
In hymn, person remembers the god’s name. Its effect is normal. While in kirtan remembers mantra of god’s name and its effect is amazing. There is no need of worship after hymn while it is necessary to worship after kirtan. Hymn is like a song while kirtan is like special mantra.
Kirtan is beneficial when it is done with group of people and for long time. One can get rid from diseases if kirtan is done with dance. Lord Shiva and goddess Parvati has invented dance. It helps you to get rid from diseases and stress. One can find the god where kirtan has done. Negative energy from the home can be removed by doing regular kirtan.
You can chant “Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama, Rama, Hare, Hare, Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna, Krishna, Hare, Hare”. You should do kirtan before worship. You can raise your both hands and remember god while doing kirtan. You have to sing the mantra or line while doing kirtan. Your problem will be solved and your mind becomes pure.
