Take spinach powder, which comes after monsoon, and mix Triphala and jaggery. This mixture gives power to the body.

The white potato juice gives power to the body. It is necessary to take walk and work for strong body. The constipation makes body weak. 


Take munakka and boil it in milk. It gives power to the body and cleans the stomach. The mixture of milk with ghee gives power to the body. Take deep breath. It gives power to the body.
